emotional...
I've been going thru some emotional stuff lately....
and on the worst day, I broke down and wrote (I) an apology letter..it's so weird, I know that I don't need to apologize to her...I just kind of wanted to tell her how I felt at that very moment...
(I) doesn't talk to me, and I can't really say that I blame her. A lot of things have happened between us and we have both hurt each other. A lot.
...just wanted to vent.

Cleaning House: memories of lovers past (rough draft)
While cleaning out my underwear drawer,
I found THE underwear.
you know the ones, your favorite
the ones w/the little gold clasp on the side.
the clasp that you would undo with your teeth while you had me
pinned to the twin bed at my mother's house before you were about to.......
While cleaning out my jewelry drawer I found the earring
The one you bought in España the summer you went to
study abroad,
you were there
and I here
waiting and hoping that when you came back
you would be happy to see me and not forget
that it was me
not her
that was willing to give you all of me.
all that you wanted
the wife
the kids
the home
the family
While cleaning out my toy drawer I found it
you know IT.
in a blue velvet bag.
the clear glass dildo
The one you used to strap on a do me with until the sun came up
it was soo good especially after a night of drinking.
I also found the hat,
the hat you wore the night you, me, my friend, and my g/f...
well you remember right????
While cleaning out my Internet files,
I found a folder with her name on it
In it were emails you sent her that were never meant for my eyes
letters promising trips to mexico,
secret rendezvous at the beach. Promises that you were making not
only to her, but me too
It must not be easy living a double life..

What a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope everyone had a great weekend..
unfortunately we are now at work and have to deal with the 9-5 drag...but yes, I am thankful for my job and all that it allows me to do.
Sooo on to the good stuff
Here's a recap of my weekend...
Friday: I went to my friend Tonya's retirement party at my old office. I can't believe that she lasted on the phones for 18 years...my hat is off to her and I wish her the best in her new adventure in Texas. The theme of her party was safari, so you know I had to show up in my zebra top..YAY I love theme parties. I saw my ex at the office and that was kind of ackward. She said hello to me, but after the last run in we had, I could tell that the relationship was strained :(
Friday night was cleaning and doing laundry b/c I was waiting for (R) to come home..she moved into the house that I live in with my roomate!!!!!!!! My guy roomate moved out and there was an extra spot in the house, (R)'s lease was up and so it worked out perfect. My guy roomate was cool, but it's soo cool to have all female energy in the house, even though (R) and Claudi have a bit of masculine energy in them, it's still feminine energy to me!
Saturday: (R) had to work in the morning, so I woke up and ran errands. Then it was time to PARTY when she got home. We had tickets to the Robin Thicke/Beyonce concert. We ran a bit late, but were able to catch the best part. My friend Richard and his b/f Juan and his mom and her b/f were there so it was cool to catch a drink with them at the intermission. My co-worker Janice also ended up going to the show so it was fun to see her too! Beyonce put on a good show and we had great seats and the best part was that (R) was being extra affectionate that night and that was cute...YAY It was like some kind of date night for us which was nice.
Sunday: (R) and I chilled at the house, she washed her car while I supervised we had a waterfight outside with the hoes which was right on time since it was like a million degrees out. That night we went out to dinner in Hollywood for Tashi's bday.
Monday: CLEANING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of us (R), Claudi, and I cleaned parts of the house b/c we have some new appliances coming. Later that night, the boys (Richard and Juan) came over to watch Justin Timberlake on HBO. It was fun...after that it was time to go to bed to deal with monday.
Having (R) living in the same space as me is the best! I hated living out of a suitcase and going back/forth to LA and back was a killer sometimes. Now, I can be a wifey and cook for her, knowing exactly where all the utencils and spices are. I'm looking forward for these next couple of months!
